Few acts are expanding the possibilities of sound and emotion like No Borders for Lovers. Born from the creative synergy of French poet and vocalist Alice Bertay and Argentinian guitar visionary Martin López or Janiwa , the duo is carving a distinct space in contemporary music with their fusion of poetic intensity and hypnotic, cinematic soundscapes.
Their performances unfold like lucid dreams—where breath becomes vibration and music speaks in a language older than words. Bertay’s voice, rich with lyrical depth, evokes a mystical, almost elemental force, while Janiwa´’s guitar lines flow with both precision and abandon—earthy, intricate, and cosmic all at once.
No Borders for Lovers is not just a project—it’s a living experiment in what the duo calls “The Art of Vibration.” It’s an exploration of how sound moves through emotion, how poetry becomes pulse, and how performance can transcend the stage.
